If you are unsure, install hive-query. It routes a plain question to the right toolset, which covers most of what the specialised packs do without you choosing upfront.

Install a specialised pack when your agent does the same kind of investigation repeatedly and you want the full route every time. hive-token-diligence and hive-wallet-investigation are the two that earn their place fastest.
